Job Summary

Carrier Enterprise Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and increasing market share for our Aftermarket Parts product lines and Carrier, Bryant and Payne Residential and Commercial Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and expand territory coverage by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce new products and services to customers and dealers
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the organization to inform business decisions
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in after-hours call-out service to support customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Minimum three to five years of experience in HVAC/R sales or a related field
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as business or engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven sales and leadership abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in sales software and tools
