Reporting To: Commercial Sales Manager

Location: Hybrid remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while expanding market share for our HVAC product lines.
  • Identify and engage new clients and dealers to broaden territory coverage.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Explore new business channels and support retail initiatives.
  • Introduce potential clients to our comprehensive product offerings.
  • Prepare quotes and relay market insights to the organization.
  • Keep clients informed about product availability and order statuses.
  • Provide detailed product information to customers.
  • Assist in the collection of outstanding debts and resolve customer disputes.
  • Support the Counter team as needed.
  • Deliver weekly sales performance reports.
  • Participate in after-hours customer support as required.
  • Coordinate customer training sessions with vendor assistance.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/R sales.
  • Post-secondary education in HVAC or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve sales success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and leadership skills.
