**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, building strong client relationships, and providing dedicated customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve agreed-upon sales goals and increase market share for our aftermarket parts product lines and HVAC equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
- Provide quotes to customers and gather market feedback to inform our business strategy.
- Collaborate with the credit department to collect outstanding debts and resolve customer disputes.
- Support the counter team as needed, providing backup and assistance.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, providing insights and analysis to inform our business decisions.
- Participate in after-hours call-out service, providing support to our customers as needed.
- Coordinate and support customer training with vendor support.
**Requirements**
- Minimum three to five years of experience in HVAC/R sales.
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems.
- Proven negotiation, sales, and leadership abilities.
