About the Role:

Le Groupe Master is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Business Solutions team in the Ottawa region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobilize and develop sales teams to achieve sales targets in the Business Solution market
  • Ensure the evolution of sales team performance and commitments
  • Create and execute sales growth plans in alignment with the company's strategic initiatives
  • Ensure the execution of standard sales processes and extract maximum value and opportunities at each stage of the value chain
  • Promote the product ecosystem to create opportunities and competitive advantages
  • Identify new customers, establish new relationships, and develop new markets
  • Manage existing customer accounts and have preferred relationships with senior executives
  • Implement stakeholder knowledge development plans on products, systems, industry trends, and developments
  • Maintain and improve relationships with manufacturers
  • Resolve or escalate issues with manufacturers and address sensitive matters with customers
  • Create and maintain synergies with the distribution group to generate cross-selling opportunities and strategic advantages
  • Promote, apply, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives. Manage and audit quality processes.
  • Promote, apply, and actively participate in data collection initiatives to generate accurate business information and key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of sales experience in the HVAC-R field
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales team leadership experience
  • Knowledge of French and English languages (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with CRM/ERP systems
  • Superior negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, auditory, written and presentation skills
