About the Role

At Master, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our HVAC-R Business Solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Team Leadership: Mobilize and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the business in the Ottawa territory.
  • Sales Performance Management: Ensure the evolution of sales team performance and commitments, and create and execute sales growth plans in alignment with the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Sales Process Execution: Ensure the execution of standard sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, design, bidding strategies, follow-up, closing, management, operations, and after-sales, to extract maximum value and opportunities at each stage of the value chain.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Identify new customers, establish new relationships, and develop new markets, while managing existing customer accounts and maintaining preferred relationships with senior executives.
  • Stakeholder Knowledge Development: Implement stakeholder knowledge development plans on products, systems, industry trends, and developments, and maintain and improve relationships with manufacturers.
  • Process Improvement: Promote, apply, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives, manage and audit quality processes, and engage in data collection initiatives to generate accurate business information and key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 10 years of sales experience in the HVAC-R field, with a minimum of 3 years of sales team leadership experience.
  • Language Skills: Knowledge of French and English languages (an asset).
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills: Superior negotiation and influencing skills, excellent communication skills (verbal, auditory, written, and presentation skills).
