Responsibilities

**Technical Support**

  • Provide technical assistance to our customers via phone and email.
  • Document and update service tickets to ensure accurate tracking of issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve computer, electronic, or simulator-specific problems.
  • Schedule and install software updates remotely using our automated tools.
  • Contribute to our knowledge bank by documenting solutions for the team.
  • Participate in on-call duty, responding to emails and phone calls outside office hours.
  • Occasionally start up new simulators for onboarding and internal training.
Requirements

**The Ideal Candidate**

  • Curious and eager to learn about the world of simulation.
  • Methodical and able to diagnose issues using a logical approach.
  • Practical and comfortable with disassembling and reassembling parts.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bilingual, with excellent English language skills.
  • Team-oriented and willing to collaborate with colleagues.
Education and Experience

**Required Qualifications**

  • DEC, AEC, or DEP in computer technology or technical support.
  • Excellent command of Windows 7-10 (XP an asset).
  • Experience with computer repair, including hardware, software, BIOS, and imaging.
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills.
  • Good oral and written French language skills.
  • 0-2 years of experience recommended, but we consider fresh graduates as well.
  • Knowledge of electromechanics, programming, networking, or quality assurance is an asset.
