We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technician to join our team at DELAN - IT Head Hunters. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide level 2 technical support to employees, resolving issues and documenting tickets in ServiceNow software.
- Hardware and Software Installation: Install and configure new workstations and mobile devices, ensuring they meet the company's technical requirements.
- Customer Service: Deliver impeccable customer service to employees at all hierarchical levels, ensuring their technical issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory records.
- User Access Management: Participate in user access management, ensuring employees have the necessary permissions to access company systems and resources.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as an IT Technician, with a strong background in level 2 technical support.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and Microsoft 365 environment, with knowledge of Azure assets.
- Education: DEC in computer science or equivalent.
- Language: Bilingualism required (French and English).
