POSITION SUMMARY:

Selectpath Benefits & Financial Inc. collaborates with clients to navigate "the Right Path" towards financial stability and achievement. Our dedicated team focuses on benefits and pensions, financial planning, and human resources management, providing a hands-on methodology to meet both immediate and long-term objectives.

As an Employee Benefits Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Practice Advisor and clients by overseeing data management, reporting, and analysis related to group benefits offerings, thereby enhancing the client experience in partnership with Benefits Associates and Advisors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and supervise the preparation and execution of client renewals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Develop comprehensive and precise client reports that meet high-quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to fulfill client requirements, including reporting, analysis, and responding to inquiries.
  • Act as a point of contact with carriers to effectively resolve issues.
  • Handle various administrative responsibilities such as drafting correspondence for Advisors, maintaining organized files, and updating the database.
  • Produce ad hoc reports as necessary.
  • Provide assistance at Reception when required.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College diploma, ideally with a focus on business.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with Group Benefits is considered an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Goldmine or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, process-oriented, and skilled at managing competing priorities.
  • Advanced knowledge and application of the MS suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • A collaborative team player dedicated to internal customer support.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
