About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MODO MIO ITALIAN RESTAURANT INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our Italian cuisine, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Culinary Leadership

Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional dishes.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.

Kitchen Operations

Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.

Staff Development

Identify and develop the skills of kitchen staff, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
