About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Chef Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality dishes and provide excellent service.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our guests receive seamless service and that our kitchen operations run smoothly.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail

Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. You will be working in a kitchen environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff.
