About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sky Hy Pizza & Donair. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement new menu items and specials, ensuring that they are creative, delicious, and meet the high standards of our customers.

Team Leadership

Supervise and train our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Monitor the quality of our food and ensure that it meets our high standards, making adjustments as necessary to maintain consistency.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a cook or in a related role is required.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including cooking, baking, and presentation.

Work Environment
