Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as maintaining accurate records and preparing minutes of meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare minutes of meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Compile data and statistics as required
  • Arrange travel and make reservations as needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • High school graduation certificate
