Day in the Life

As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with division leaders to drive strategic planning initiatives that align with our short, medium, and long-term business objectives. You will work closely with talent partners to evaluate workforce needs and develop competency-based interview processes.

You will also be responsible for conducting talent reviews, succession planning, and dynamic talent retention initiatives to ensure our organization remains filled with top-notch and high-spirited individuals. You will create individual development plans to guide our operations through their personal growth journeys.

You will lead action plans for annual engagement surveys, orchestrating the survey experience to encourage employees to share their thoughts and ideas. You will coach our operations on health, safety, and compliance practices to ensure a safe working environment.

You will be responsible for employee relations, conducting investigations and running performance plans to maintain a harmonious work environment. When it's time to showcase your achievements, you will provide oversight to senior leaders with your HR dashboards, presenting them with data and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support business objectives
  2. Collaborate with talent partners to evaluate workforce needs and develop competency-based interview processes
