Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at HighView Partners Inc. as a key member of our HR department. As a strategic HR professional, you will play a critical role in driving organizational success through the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals
  • Compile HR metrics and conduct data analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs to promote a positive work culture
  • Oversee and monitor health and safety initiatives to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of all HR functions
  • CHRL designation, or the equivalent progressive HR experience with demonstrated knowledge in all areas of human resources
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools, and exceptional working knowledge of MS Office
