We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to enhance our HR operations and serve as a vital collaborator with our leadership team in Canada. Reporting directly to the VP of HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in aligning our HR initiatives with business objectives to drive success across various channels, including wholesale, retail, and e-commerce, while supporting a workforce of over 300 employees and generating significant revenue.

This role is designed to be hybrid, with a requirement to be present in our office three times a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the leadership team to establish goals and ensure that Canadian business objectives are effectively integrated.
  • Cultivating a High-Performance Culture: Oversee talent management, recruitment, and development initiatives to create a robust and diverse workforce while nurturing future leaders.
  • Enhancing Employee Engagement: Design and implement strategies that promote a positive work environment through effective communication and sound policies.
  • HR Leadership: Provide mentorship and support to your HRBP Manager and lead your team in delivering exceptional HR services.
  • Compliance Expertise: Stay informed on Canadian HR laws and collaborate with legal teams to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Building Collaborative Relationships: Establish strong connections throughout the organization, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for our Canadian operations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR leadership with a solid grasp of talent and performance management.
  • Proven ability to build and lead effective HR teams.
  • Strong strategic partnership skills with business leaders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Familiarity with Canadian employment legislation is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in the office three days a week for collaboration.
