Business Development Representative

Archadeck and Case Design/Remodeling is a trusted, highly successful company, and we are looking to expand our Sales Team to keep up with leads for our new brand, Lightscapes Outdoor Lighting. This is an exciting opportunity to join our seasoned Sales Team and see how high Lightscapes Outdoor Lighting can soar.
Job Scope:- Identify potential new customers and business prospects through research, cold outreach, and networking
- Work with leads who reach out directly to our receptionist about Lightscapes projects
- Conduct outbound sales activities like cold calls, cold emails, and social selling to engage prospects
- Qualify leads to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products/services
- Meet and conduct demos with qualified prospects
- Build relationships with potential customers and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales process
- Research target companies, industries, and decision makers to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies
- At least 5 years of related industry experience preferred
- A reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very comfortable in a sales role
- Excellent research and prospecting skills
- Self motivated
- Familiar with sales processes and techniques
- Highly organized with great time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable using and learning new technology
