Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote new products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers to drive business development and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma.
  • CIP or enrolled in CIP program.
  • 7+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
  • Dedicated to sales and marketing, with a strong focus on client relationship management.
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in MS Office.
