Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at EllisDon. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive identification of new opportunities and successful closing of sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development action plans for specific regions and targets
  • Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and brochure materials
  • Develop and actively track a sales pipeline, with monthly reporting to management
  • Drive business growth through proactively identifying new opportunities and successfully closing sales opportunities
  • Determine and implement creative business development strategies to positively contribute to the growth of the company

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of construction equipment (technology, equipment, methods), typical procedures, and standards
  • Direct experience in leading self-performed form work projects; planning, scheduling, managing productivity, quality analysis
  • Working knowledge of union jurisdiction and labor agreements
  • Strong influencing and negotiation capabilities
