Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships within the local business community.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products to Members.
- Plan and execute local sales and marketing activities.
- Lead professional services teams, ideally within tax or accounting.
Requirements:
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience in staff recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Proficiency in tax preparation & accounting software, preferably with Tax Prep and Xero.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for out-of-town travel.
