Project Manager (Engineering)

Mircom Group of Companies is in search of a skilled Project Manager to oversee their operations. The Project Manager will take charge of fire alarm installation and panel projects across diverse facilities. This role is essential in representing the company positively in all interactions with clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion.

This position is pivotal in guaranteeing the successful delivery of projects, managing all elements including scope, budget, timeline, and quality. Key duties encompass resource coordination, progress monitoring, cost analysis leadership, and collaboration with various departments to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project development from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate both internal and external resources
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates
  • Lead cost analysis and manage project expenditures
  • Prepare and evaluate project documentation
  • Work alongside other departments to ensure project success
  • Foster collaboration and cultivate a positive team atmosphere
  • Innovate and enhance operational processes
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years in technical project management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Strong time management and analytical capabilities
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management software
  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial
  • Experience in the Fire and Alarm sector is advantageous
  • Additional certifications and experience in Manufacturing are beneficial
