Job Title: Head of Enterprise Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our sales efforts in the West Coast region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
