Job Title: Head of Enterprise Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our sales efforts in the West Coast region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base in the West Coast region.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive business decisions and optimize sales performance.
