Job Title: Head of Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team in the West Coast region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and inform sales strategies
