About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as the Head of West Coast Enterprise Sales. This is a highly influential role that will be instrumental in accelerating growth at Pigment through opening, developing, and leading a new territory (West).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Pigment's customer acquisition in the West, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with global sales leadership to identify, develop, and implement an effective sales strategy in the West.
  • Manage, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives in the West to meet and exceed goals.
  • Mentor new AEs with training, including product knowledge, buyer personas, competition, and tools training.
  • Hold people responsible for performance, define and manage the monthly and quarterly sales objectives, and build internal metrics to bring detailed visibility to sales performance.
  • Measure and manage the pipeline, and provide accurate ongoing forecasts.
  • Drive sales cycles for critical wins, successfully uncover problems, present solutions, manage the sales cycle, and close deals in important and high-visibility transactions.
  • Foster a positive team culture of collaboration, learning, and trust with direct reports and the entire sales department.
  • Partner closely with BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams to ensure Pigment is well-positioned to win and support accounts.
  • Work with Marketing to set the vision and execution of demand generation activities.
  • Accurately forecast your team's performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Implement, execute, and improve effective processes, tools, and motivational activities to support sales activities with the RevOps team.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in Sales Management (SaaS experience required).
  • Experience opening, developing, and leading a new market in the US.
  • Passion for our overall mission at Pigment and how it can bring value to our clients.
  • Deep track record of creating significant revenue impact and deep relationships for your organization.
  • Experience managing executive-level relationships at the C-level.
  • Resourceful, creative problem-solver when faced with the business needs of your clients.
  • Comfortable defining strategy, working autonomously, and rolling up your sleeves when necessary to make an impact at the point of revenue.

  • Salary: OTE $375,000 – $420,000.
