The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and help drive growth through strategic partnerships with large enterprises. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value deals that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Negotiate and close large-scale software contracts, ensuring seamless implementation and onboarding processes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of technical software products and their applications in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 CAD, with an estimated OTE of $240,000 - $260,000 CAD.

Our Process
  • Application: All applicants will have their resume reviewed by a human and will hear back within a week.
  • Initial Interview: A 45-minute interview with Marianna Adamian, our Head of Sales, to discuss your background and the Sr. Enterprise AE role at Voiceflow.
  • 2nd Interview: A 30-minute interview with Sam Burns, our Head of Marketing, to get to know each other better and discuss your approach to enterprise sales.
  • Presentation and Panel Interview: A 60-minute panel interview where you will present a short presentation to 2-3 members of our team, followed by a Q&A session.
