Head of Enterprise Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Leader to join our team as the Head of Enterprise Sales. This is a critical role that will be instrumental in driving growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize sales performance.
- Identify and mitigate sales risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices, with expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex sales data, identify trends and patterns, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing sales landscapes and priorities.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales operations, sales enablement, and sales technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success.
