Head of Enterprise Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our sales efforts in the West Coast region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results
- 8+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and inform sales strategies to optimize results
