Head of Sales

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to spearhead our West Coast Enterprise Sales efforts. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll drive customer acquisition, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:- Set vision and influence skills to garner client loyalty and inspire team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition in the West
- Partner with global sales leadership to identify and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Mentor new AEs with training, including product knowledge, buyer personas, and tools
- Hold team members accountable for performance, define and manage sales objectives, and build internal metrics for sales performance
- Measure and manage the pipeline, and provide accurate ongoing forecasts
- Drive sales cycles for critical wins, successfully uncover problems, present solutions, and close deals
- Foster a positive team culture of collaboration, learning, and trust
- Partner closely with BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams
- 8+ years' experience in Sales Management, with SaaS experience required
- Experience opening, developing, and leading a new market in the US
- Experience managing executive-level relationships at the C-level
