About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Director to lead our mobile marketing efforts for The Sims franchise. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including studio and franchise marketing, to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business results.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product teams and analytics partners, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for successful mobile games.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with mobile game development teams, including product managers and developers.
