Job Title: Performance Marketing Director

Electronic Arts is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Director to lead our mobile marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our mobile games, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new mobile games, including launch planning and execution
  • Manage global marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and achievement of scalable product growth
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to translate performance results into actionable recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product awareness, user acquisition, and re-engagement
  • Embedded collaboration with product teams on roadmaps, testing, and experimentation
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for mobile games, including launch planning and execution
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with diverse teams and audiences, including Gen Alpha/Gen Z/Millennials
