  • Design and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Oversee the formulation of communication strategies.
  • Compile and analyze data and statistics.
  • Supervise the preparation of reports.
  • Provide guidance to senior management.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage office supply orders and inventory.
  • Facilitate staff consultations and grievance processes.
  • Administer payroll operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents.
  • Conduct data entry tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and oversee digital databases.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Supervise office and volunteer personnel.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operational activities.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Access, MS Office, Google Drive, and electronic mail.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Permanent position with a commitment of 35 hours per week.
