Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at THE HEALTHY WAY MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, INC. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Interview patients to obtain comprehensive case histories, ensuring accurate and detailed information is recorded.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare providers.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete insurance and other claim forms, maintain accurate filing systems, and prepare draft agendas for meetings.
- Record Keeping: Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication and Teamwork: Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and patient care.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical administrative role
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week
