Office Administrative Assistant Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Oversee employee data analysis to support management decisions.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve employee questions and complaints effectively.
  • Office Supplies: Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics for staff members.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
  • Document Proofreading: Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Research: Conduct research to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects and directing daily operations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Windows, Word, and Social Media.
