Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at IBEX TRUCKS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective
    • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Supervision
    • Supervise 1 to 2 people
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Public transportation is available
  • Personal Suitability
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
    • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
    • Permanent position with 35 hours per week
    • Language of work: English
