Your Profile
You are a sales professional with a strong background in customer interaction and exceptional communication abilities. Your enthusiasm for global travel is evident in every engagement. You are solution-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction, eager to make a significant impact. With strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, you excel in a fast-paced environment, keen to enhance your expertise while contributing to our success.
Role Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, fostering trust-based relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the sales process
- Conducting outbound communications
- Addressing inquiries
- Monitoring leads
Enhancing Customer Satisfaction
- Building connections
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Designing tour packages
- Anticipating client needs
- Supporting team members
Initial Expectations
