About You

You are a dynamic professional with a background in sales and exceptional communication skills. Your passion for international travel shines through, and you excel at building rapport, leaving a positive impression on everyone you interact with. Your Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Sales and Travel Advocate Team Leader, you will play a vital role in fostering positive interactions across all communication platforms (phone, social media, and email). Your responsibilities will include guiding your leads through the entire sales journey, from initial contact to successful booking. We believe that excelling in sales starts with being a champion for our customers. In this position, you will:

Championing Customer Interactions

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial interest to final payment, actively pursuing sales opportunities and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct outbound calls to both new and existing clients, ensuring a comprehensive experience for anyone who reaches out.
  • Address customer inquiries (via website forms, social media messages, chat, and phone calls), engaging with potential clients to answer questions and foster loyalty from the outset.
  • Monitor new leads and assist in maintaining the CRM database to guarantee accurate and consistent data entry.

Championing Customer Satisfaction

  • Build strong connections with past and prospective clients, identifying and understanding their travel preferences.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through precise and timely information regarding destinations and offerings.
  • Assist in preparing clients for their upcoming journeys.
  • Anticipate future customer needs by promoting our compelling value proposition, tour experiences, and related products.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to enhancing the team experience in every possible way.

Qualifications

  • College degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales and customer service.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
