Your Role:

As a Sales & Traveller Champion, you'll play a critical role in creating positive interactions across all our communication channels. You'll be responsible for managing your leads through the entire sales process, from initial contact to booking conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Champion customer interactions
* Oversee the entire sales process from initial interest through to final payment
* Make outbound calls to new or existing customers and follow-up with active inquiries
* Respond to customer inquiries and engage with early adopters to answer questions and build loyalty
* Track new leads and participate in the maintenance of the CRM database

Requirements:

* College degree
* Minimum 3 years of inbound and outbound sales and customer service experience
* Fluent proficiency in English - French is an asset
