About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Sales & Traveller Champion Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in creating positive interactions with our customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions across all communication channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial interest to final payment, including pursuing all sales opportunities and follow-up activities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, engage with early adopters and build loyalty from day one.
  • Track new leads and participate in the maintenance of our CRM database to ensure accurate and clean data capture.
  • Establish a special connection with past and potential customers, identifying and understanding their travel needs.
  • Provide a superior level of customer service through accurate and timely information on destinations and inclusions.
  • Participate in preparing customers for their upcoming adventure.
  • Proactively anticipate future customer desires through the promotion of our strong value proposition, tour experience and supporting products.

Requirements

  • A college degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of inbound and outbound sales and customer service experience.
  • Fluent proficiency in English - French is an asset.
