About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for packaging automation solutions across Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales efforts for packaging automation solutions across Canada
  • Work closely with internal teams to qualify leads, develop new business, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement to project completion
  • Utilize CAD software to create compelling layouts and proposals
  • Collaborate with sales support and applications teams to develop tailored project solutions
  • Conduct negotiations to close sales within established strategy margins
  • Independently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Present confidently to C-suite executives, effectively communicating the benefits of our client's solutions
  • Manage customer relationships, sales leads, and inquiries while maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of generating leads
  • Sales Hunter mentality
  • Secondary Packaging Automation experience within the Food and Beverage manufacturing market
  • Proficiency in CAD software
  • Valid passport for international travel
  • Experience in automation projects or internal logistics is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and leverage technical knowledge to promote products and solutions
