We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including Sephora
  • Provide education and training to retail partners on our products and brand
  • Manage and execute special events and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with retail partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
  • Physical ability to carry boxes of 40-60 lbs and work in a fragrance-filled, cosmetic environment
