About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for packaging automation solutions across Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales efforts for packaging automation solutions across Canada
- Work closely with internal teams to qualify leads, develop new business, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement to project completion
- Utilize CAD software to create compelling layouts and proposals
- Collaborate with sales support and applications teams to develop tailored project solutions
- Conduct negotiations to close sales within established strategy margins
- Independently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Present confidently to C-suite executives, effectively communicating the benefits of our client's solutions
- Manage customer relationships, sales leads, and inquiries while maintaining accurate CRM records
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of technical B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of generating leads
- Sales Hunter mentality
- Secondary Packaging Automation experience within the Food and Beverage manufacturing market
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Valid passport for international travel
- Experience in automation projects or internal logistics is an asset
- Ability to work independently and leverage technical knowledge to promote products and solutions
