Your Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Sales and Travellers Champion Team Leader, you will play a vital role in fostering positive interactions across all communication platforms (phone, social media, and email). Your responsibilities will include guiding your leads through the entire sales journey, from initial outreach to booking confirmation. We believe that success in sales starts with being a champion for our customers. In this role, you will:

Customer Interaction Champion

  • Manage the complete sales process from initial interest to final payment, actively pursuing all sales opportunities and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct outbound calls to new or existing clients and follow up on active inquiries to provide a comprehensive experience for anyone who reaches out to us.
  • Address customer inquiries (via website forms, social media messages, chat, and phone calls), engaging with early adopters to answer questions and foster loyalty from the outset.
  • Monitor new leads and assist in maintaining the CRM database to ensure accurate, clean, and consistent data entry.

Customer Satisfaction Advocate

  • Build meaningful connections with past and prospective clients, identifying and understanding their travel preferences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through accurate and timely information regarding destinations and inclusions.
  • Assist in preparing clients for their upcoming adventures.
  • Anticipate future customer desires by promoting our strong value proposition, tour experiences, and related products.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to enhancing the team experience in every possible way.

Required Qualifications

  • College degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales and customer service.
  • Fluent proficiency in English; French is a plus.
