About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Techtonics Architect and Interior Service Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including implementing new procedures and reviewing and evaluating existing ones.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervision and Teamwork
    • Supervise 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Time management and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
