Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Techtonics Architect and Interior Service Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Office Operations
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including implementing new procedures and reviewing and evaluating existing ones.
- Communication and Reporting
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Supervision and Teamwork
- Supervise 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Time management and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
