We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at West Vision Immigration Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
- Manage and maintain our office's inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Communication and Coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with our team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Record Keeping and Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our office's activities, including financial transactions, client information, and project progress.
- Develop and implement data management systems to ensure efficient and secure data storage and retrieval.
- Special Projects
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve office efficiency.
- Education
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 7 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 32.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to work flexible hours as needed.
