About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Jaison Immigration Solutions. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining inventory, managing supplies, and coordinating office services.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including assembling data, preparing reports, and maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including training, guidance, and feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
