About the Role

As a Senior Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals. Your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Lobby Leadership: Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and assisted, and contributing to the branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.
  • Technology Expertise: Share your knowledge of mobile banking applications and assist customers in managing their banking needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical Skills: Have a strong understanding of digital banking options and be able to promote and demonstrate their use to customers.
  • Previous Banking Experience: Have previous experience in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
