Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Lobby Leadership: Act as a lobby leader, ensuring clients are appropriately triaged and assisted.
  3. Sales and Marketing: Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities, including opening day-to-day accounts, fulfilling pre-approved credit opportunities, and processing GICs.
  4. Relationship Building: Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and share your knowledge with clients, introducing them to our mobile banking applications and assisting them in managing their banking needs.
Requirements
  1. Customer Service Skills: Possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service.
