About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and/or assisted
  • Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities, including opening day-to-day accounts, fulfilling pre-approved credit opportunities, and processing GICs
  • Be a technology expert and share your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and assisting them to better manage their banking needs
