**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

**Language Requirements**
