Customer Accounts Team Leader

The Customer Accounts Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the accounts team at Searay Foods, Inc. This position requires a blend of leadership and operational skills to ensure that the team meets its objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the accounts team, ensuring all tasks are executed effectively.
- Assign and review work to maintain high standards of performance.
- Perform the same duties as the team members, demonstrating a hands-on approach.
Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Office is essential for this role.
Work EnvironmentCandidates should be prepared to work under pressure and demonstrate a keen attention to detail.
